  • 2 cans (800ml) full-fat coconut milk (gum-free (no gellan, guar, or xanthan gum), organic)
  • 3 inches ginger root (peeled and minced)
  • 4 cups vegetable broth (homemade or AIP-compliant)
  • 3 large carrots (chopped)
  • 1 large sweet potato (cubed)
  • to taste sea salt
  • 1 inch turmeric root (fresh, peeled and minced)

  1. In a large pot, combine coconut milk and vegetable broth over medium heat.
